Grace Murphy

Hey! My name is Grace Murphy, and I am the younger sister! My husband and I are newlyweds, and bought our first home in Isanti in December of 2022! We have one fur baby together-a golden doodle named Poppi! We love her! We love to spend our free time with family and friends, going up north, and being outdoors!

I knew pretty early on that I wanted to go into the hair industry! I worked the front desk of a salon in high school, and got so much education there also while in beauty school! I started beauty school at PCI Academy in September of 2018. After I graduated in July of 2019, I moved on to a small salon in Ramsey! After being there for a short time, I realized that I was ready to move on my own-sooner than expected! In October of 2020, I rented out my own suite in Salons by JC! (just down the hall from my sister!) I have learned so much since being there, and really enjoyed the opportunity to be on my own!

How Pretty has been a dream of mine for a long time, and now it’s real! I am so excited to be going into business and becoming a salon owner with my big sister! I’m also excited to be closer to home! I’m very excited to get to know everyone in St. Francis and the surrounding areas!

My favorite thing to do when it comes to hair is blonding! I love taking someone who feels like their hair has no life, to someone who can’t stop smiling when they walk out the door! I also have spent a lot of time working on getting the perfect hair photo! I take such pride in my work, and it makes me so overjoyed when I finally get a money shot!
