Hi my name is Britta Ahlstrand. I grew up in the area and am happy to be able to work within the community. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with family and friends, my 2 dogs, being on the water and going up north to my cabin. I have always loved everything that had to do with hair so I knew this was the industry for me. I started cosmetology school at PCI Academy in February of 2022. I graduated in April of 2023 and have gained experience in local salons. I’ve always known I have wanted to be my own boss and I’m so excited to start this journey at How Pretty. I love my job because I get to help people to feel good about themselves and feel their best. Being able to discuss with my clients what it is they are looking for and giving them a place to relax and feel pampered, brings me joy at the end of the day. I am excited to welcome new clients and continue working with existing clients at How Pretty. My favorite thing to do is to give each client the style they are looking for to complement their own beauty. Looking forward to seeing you in my chair soon!
